Chocoflan is such a fun dessert and even though it’s nick named the impossible cake it’s actually a really simple preparation. Part of the fun of this dessert is that it has two distinct layers half chocolate cake and half flan so you get the best of both worlds! For the Flan

4 eggs

1-12 oz can of sweetened condensed milk,

pinch of cinnamon

Flan Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender


Cake Batter

1 box of chocolate cake mix

3 eggs

1/3 cup of oil

1 cup of water

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of mexican vanilla

Cake Batter Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.



Cajeta, and pecans.



1. Spray a non stick spray into a cake pan or bundt cake pan.

2. Pour cajeta in the pan

3. Pour the cake batter in

4. Pour in the flan

5. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approx 45 minutes in a water bath.

6. Once it is cooled, flip the cake and garnish with cajeta, pecans, and fruit.
